获教育部自然科学奖一等奖2项、上海市科技进步一等奖1项,新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步二等奖1项,新疆维吾尔自治区、新疆生产建设兵团和乌鲁木齐市科技进步三等奖3项;

先后主持或参加国家973计划子课题、国家自然基金重点项目、国家自然基金、上海市中药现代化专项、上海市科委基础研究重点项目、上海市纳米专项、上海市教育委员会科研创新项目等20余项;获国家新药证2项;发表科研论文220篇,其中SCI收录论文80余篇,总影响因子199.04分;申请专利10项,获得授权专利7项。
