研究兴趣

中药中的一些次生代谢产物经济价值较高,可以通过代谢调控的手段提高其含量。如黄花蒿中的青蒿素,通过转录调控次生代谢途径基因或提高青蒿素合成和储存部位分泌型腺毛的密度来提高青蒿素的含量。基因编辑技术在提高次生代谢产物含量方面具有重要应用价值,通过应用或开发新的基因编辑系统来提高次生代谢的含量。
